Creation of instruction manuals, user manuals and assembly instructions in accordance with BS EN IEC/IEEE 82079-1

The instruction manual is an integral part of a product. The German ordinance “on the Provision of Products on the Market” - also called the ”Product Safety Law” or ”ProdSG” - requires that, ”If certain rules must be observed when using, supplementing or maintaining a product in order to ensure the protection of the safety and health of persons, a user manual and operating instructions for the product in German must be supplied with the product when it is made available on the market [...].”

Instruction Manual Review

Instruction manuals are checked to see whether they meet the requirements of BS EN IEC/IEEE 82079-1. You can order this service for existing instruction manuals that were not created by us. The service also includes a report which you can use to adapt the reviewed instruction manual with regard to conformity with the standard, if necessary.

Packaging Design

The packaging establishes the first contact between product and user. In addition to being used for transport, it also serves as a messenger for your values and brand.
